I get this question sometimes: "Why would I use a coffee service when I can just order on Amazon?" And it hurts a little, I admit. (Just kidding. Mostly.) But it's a good question, and it gives me the opportunity to explain why it is, indeed, better to work with a local Chattanooga coffee vendor instead of ordering from the interwebs. So even though Guy A provides legitimate Gillette razors, if Guy B is buying knock-offs that look really real, his stuff is getting put in the same bin as Guy A's.

So let's say I order some razors from Guy A's listing on Amazon. When the warehouse order picker comes along, they reach in the bin and grab one, but since Guy A doesn't have a designated bin, it's just as easy for warehouse guy to grab one of Guy B's products and ship it to me. So how do you know it's a legitimate brand-name product and not a knock-off in Gillette clothing? Truth is, you don't. Because counterfeit products are rampant on Amazon. And packaging counterfeiters are getting better and better at making their products look legit.
